The products offered by Catskill Craftsmen are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily birch and hard rock maple. The lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All sawdust, shavings, and waste materials generated during the manufacturing process are converted into wood pellet fuel, which is used to heat homes. Catskill Craftsmen's operations generate no wood waste.

The carts are long-lasting and easy to care for, with an oiled finish that simply wipes clean with a damp cloth. For continued beauty and long life of your Catskill Craftsmen cart, the company recommends using its Butcher Block Oil (sold separately).

The tabletop measures 24 inches wide, 17 inches deep, and 0.75 inches thick, while the cabinet interior is 20.5 inches wide, 14 inches deep, and 22.25 inches high. The adjustable shelf positions are 14.75 inches and 17.25 inches from the bottom.
